Domain Mapping Refund

  Hello, I just purchased the domain mapping 10 minutes ago and realized that is not what I needed or intended to buy. I’d like to get a refund but when I click on cancel and refund, it doesn’t take me to anywhere. Please help!

  WordPress, it’s been almost 24 hours, and supposedly I only have 48 hours to get my refund. So please reply me asap. I don’t understand why wordpress doesn’t have a contact form like any other business. This kind of contact way is not effective at all. You better refund me even after that 48 hours.

  By posting here again you have moved your thread to the back of the queue, meaning it will now take even longer for them to answer you. Threads are answered based on timestamps, oldest first. Please be patient and do not post here again until you hear from staff.

  The 48 hour limit is only for domain registrations, not mapping upgrades, so you should be okay.

  I’ve removed your Upgrade and refunded the associated charge. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
