I have cancelled my domain mapping, but I can’t find how to have my refund.
Could you please process it?

If you haven’t been refunded automatically (Take into account that it might take several days for the refund to appear on your bank statement) contact support directly, you can also add the “modlook” tag to this thread for staff attention.

Just to confirm, is this for the domain, thaypindienthoai.com? It looks like you didn’t cancel it after all, so please confirm if you want to cancel that domain. Thanks.

Why I cannot cancel my domain mapping? The money were took 16 day before new renewal starts (30th December). Can I get refund if there were a mesaage: “This upgrade cannot be cancelled.” -
I have cancelled that mapping upgrade and refunded the $13 for you. It can take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
