Domain Mapping refund

  Back in December I was charged for Domain Mapping that I am no longer using. I emailed about a refund immediately but I never heard anything back. I would like to cancel this and get a refund please.

  Go to your Manage Purchases page, look for the upgrade you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel and Refund”. More info is available on the support page:

  If that doesn’t work, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to let a staff member know you need assistance.
