Domain Mapping refund

    Hi I’m very new to this and I signed up for domain mapping for $13 since the domain I wanted my blog linked to is on go daddy.com. I then went decided to go with bluehost as my web host company and I am now domain mapping my site thru bluehost, therefore, I I really didn’t need to purchase the domain mapping feature from wordpress. I tried to get my $13 back from wordpress but it keeps telling e that since it’s past 48 hours, I’m not eligible for a refund…what gives? Can anyone advise? Thanks so much!

    Hi,
    That’s odd that you’re seeing that message since there’s a 30-day refund period for domain mapping. If this issue hasn’t been resolved, add “modlook” to the tags section of this forum thread to let a staff member know you need assistance.
