  Hi,
  Unfortunately, I have to cancel my premium service. When will I receive my $99 refund?

  Hello – If you are within the 30 day refund window, navigate to Manage Purchases to request your refund. Once you request the refund it will take 5-7 business days to be posted back into your account. Let me know if you need further help with this.
