Domain mapping refund

    Hi,

    I was charged £85 renewal fees to my account on 1 July but i didn’t want a renewal so i i cancelled and have had £74 returned to me. The remaining £11 seems to be from domain mapping… I have removed it but please can you make sure that is also refunded to me?

    We need details please.
    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?
