Domain mapping refund

  Hello, I purchased a premium plan and a domain mapping, but then I realize third party theme can not be installed, so I requested refund on both and canceled my premium subscription, however $79 for the Premium has been refunded, while the $13 for domain mapping has not, so I will appreciate if anyone can help with that!
