Domain Mapping refund

Hi,
I did the refund for premium already, but is it possible to get the domain mapping part refunded also? I wasn’t able to receive the activation e-mail and cannot install the necessary plugins. How should I proceed with this?

Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

Custom plugins are not supported here on WordPress.com. They are a feature of self hosted WordPress.org sites, not WordPress.com sites. The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org are explained here:
