Domain mapping registration not working?

  I am trying to register a domain (through wp.com) but it’s not working. I have the required 15 credits, the url I want is available, but after entering in my personal info it says “registration failed, go back and fix…” and there’s nothing else. I have no idea what’s wrong.

  Any ideas would be appreciated.
