Domain mapping reimbursement

  First I mapped my domain and I was charged 13usd. I wanted to check the basic plan so I upgraded and I cancel the domain mapping and asked for a reimburse. Then I realized that WordPress wasn’t what actually I needed so I cancel the basic plan. I got reimbursed for this cancelation but I wasn’t reimbursed for the domain mapping. My credit card was charged. I hope you can help me solve this. Thank you very much!
