Domain Mapping Removed From Premium Bundle

I have an active Premium Bundle (auto-renews in 3 months), but my domain mapping has been removed, and when I try to add it again I am prompted to pay for the domain mapping. It was my understanding that (a) one domain is included with Premium and (b) the domain mapping lasted as long as the Premium Bundle upgrade.

Whether or not domain mapping is part of the bundle (and according to http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/ it definitely is), it should certainly NOT have expired, because the bundle has not expired.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Also, the Premium Bundle supposedly comes with “direct email support,” but I can’t find a way to access that, either. Every support link I click on takes me to community support.

So, I happened to log in to my dashboard with my other administrator account, and it showed NO active bundle, even though logging in as BorisNikolaevich shows an active bundle that will renew automatically in 3 months.

So, using the other admin account, I added the Premium Bundle back to my account, and now I’ve got my domain mapped again.

Even so, that doesn’t explain (a) why one account showed 3 months remaining and the other showed 0 months remaining or (b) how I’m supposed to contact support directly as a current or recently-expired Premium subscriber.

Also, it would have been nice to receive some kind of notification if my Premium Bundle was about to expire.
