  I like to renew my domain mapping but it won’t work, can you help me with that?

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns an Upgrade to renew it. Is there a different account you might have used to buy the upgrade?

  Could you describe the exact steps you have taken so far, and tell us what results you got? Any error messages? Or options not where you expected?
