DOmain mapping renewal

  I recently renewed my domain mapping for my site. I went to my host and added the new Nameserver information you gave but now my website has reverted to an old version. I can not view or retrieve the most recent blog posts or design. I am not sure how to fix this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I checked that everything was set up correctly and got the following results
  Nameservers Validated!
  Congratulations! The nameservers appear to be set up correctly for sydneyexpert.com.

  and

  Primary Blog is Set
  sydneyexpert.com is set as the primary domain for sydneyexpertdotcom.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

  The only other thing I did at the same time was install Jetpack which I have since tried to uninstall but I can not see any plug ins associated with the blog now it is showing the old version

  This is rather urgent as the blog in question is being featured in a publication in a matter of days. Is there any way I can pay to escalate this and get assistance?

  Hello there! Are you hoping to map your WordPress.com site to sydneyexpert.com? Or, are you mapping your self-hosted site to sydneyexpert.com?

  You’ve recently renewed mapping for sydneyexpertdotcom.wordpress.com / sydneyexpert.com. However, if you have moved to a self-hosted site, then you do not need mapping on WordPress.com.
