domain mapping renewal

  We need to renew our domain mapping (it is very overdue). The mapping was originally purchased by someone who now has only sporadic contact with out business, and I can’t figure out how to renew with one of our other administrative user accounts. What are the steps I need to take to remove the user (“Sister Artemis”) and renew the mapping under my username?

  FYI we already own the domain name, just need to map it to our existing site (tattoobydesign.com)

  I actually don’t need to “remove” the user altogether, just need to be able to pay the renewal fee under a different account.
