domain mapping renewal

  Our domain mapping for www’silverlink.tv has expired, how can I we renew it

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The expired mapping has already been removed from your account, so you should be able to add a new mapping by going to My Site ->Domains ->Add.

  Please let me know if you need any more help with this.

  Hi Kokkieh

  I have already tried that, but when I click the add mapping button which is £11 the checkout tab tells me its going to cost £85 It seems to be trying to upgrade me. I don’t want to upgrade I just want to add the mapping as it was before. Do you know of any solution to this or is it a software issue on the WordPress site.

  New accounts are not able to add domains without buying a plan, but as you’ve already owned mapping you should be able to add it again.

  I’ve restored the expired upgrade on your account, so you should now be able to renew it from the Purchases page at the regular price.
