  I’ve been charged for domain mapping renewal. I have tried to cancel this, but nothing shows up in my purchases or any other underneath any other name in my settings. How do I cancel this?

  Hi @kravmagaillwarra, I don’t see any upgrades under this account. Can you log out, then log in again with the username you used to buy the upgrade? You could also use the email address that gets renewal reminders.
