Domain Mapping Renewal

    On line indicates my credit card was charge for the domain mapping, however, my domain has been cut off. I don’t remember which credit card was associated with this account, but recently I did have lost Master Card ending in [redacted by staff] that was cancelled. Please advise. I do have other credit card but am not able to find the $13.00 payment option.

    Hi there,

    For what domain is this? I see you used to own a domain mapping for the domain, pi-pac.org, but the last payment made for that domain was in 2012. There are no recent payments showing in your account.

    That domain mapping now belongs to the username, pipac2016, so you need to be logged in as that account to renew it. The last payment on that account was in September last year to renew the G Suite email. The domain mapping has not been renewed yet.
