Domain mapping renewal.

Our domain mapping for ramonavalleypca.com expired, and I need to renew it. We don’t need to upgrade anything; I am just trying to pay the $13 fee, but the site is not allowing me to do so.

The domain mapping upgrade for that domain belongs to the username, shortestleap, so you’ll have to log in as that username to renew it.
However, it appears that when you bought the Personal Plan using your account, it caused that upgrade to be renewed, so it’s good until January 2018.
If you want to keep the Personal Plan, I recommend either moving it to the shortestleap account, or moving the domain mapping to your account (I’ll need shortestleap to comment here to confirm that’s okay), and then you can have the two linked upgrades in the same account.
If you don’t want to keep the Personal Plan, let me know and I can cancel it and issue a partial refund, just holding back the cost of the domain mapping renewal.
