Domain mapping renewal

  I am one of 2 admins to our non-profit website. When I was added as an admin, I was told I had to create my own wordpress website in order to have a username to be able to be added as an admin to our company site. So I did that and have had no problems. We received an email that it is time to renew our ‘domain mapping’ with a link to click on. But when I click on the link it takes me to the page that shows my personal website and on the left it has the menu (‘my profile, account settings’ etc). I am never given the option to renew the domain mapping for our company page. My uncle has done it before but I need to learn how to do it so that’s why I’m trying to do it, he says it’s only $13 but I can’t find it anywhere. Can someone help?

  Now it says it’s expired so what do I need to do to fix this mess right away

  Hi There,
  When you go to My Sites, directly below that does it list your own personal site or the non-profit? If it lists your own you can click on “Switch Sites” and it should give you the option to choose the one you are trying to renew. Once under that site you can click on Domains on the left. This is where you can renew your domain mapping.

  If it has fully expired, you will have to purchase a plan, as the $13 for domain mapping no longer exists except for renewals.

  If you are still having difficulty on the right side under tags in this post you can add in “modlook” and that will allow a staff member to see your post and assist you.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of the domain, freedomfarmforvets.org? The mapping upgrade for that domain belongs to the username, ressfrank, so only that user can renew it. But it appears that they’ve already renewed the upgrade, and it’s good until 2018.

  If you should take over management of that upgrade, I’ll need ressfrank to reply in this thread to confirm that I should move the upgrade over to your account.
