Domain mapping renewal

  The domain for uphamscorner.org expired 2 weeks ago and I don’t see how it can be renewed for the $13 amount. It says the domain never expires as I was searching through account settings. Please help as we are planning do revamp this site.

  A domain that expires will have a two-week grace period in which it can be renewed at its normal price. Once the two weeks is up your only option is domain redemption, which carries an industry standard $80 fee.

  I would reach out directly to a happiness engineer via Live Chat (assuming you have a subscription plan) or email. You may JUST be within the grace period window.

  Hi –

  uphamscorner.org was mapped to WordPress.com but not registered through us. Each year you need to renew the domain registration through the registrar and the mapping through WordPress.com.

  Domain mapping is no longer available as it’s own upgrade and you’ll need to add a plan to your account in order to add the mapping again.

  You can check out the different plans and their features here: wordpress.com/pricing/ After you add the plan to the account click on My Sites > Domains > Map it! to finish up the process.
