  I would like a simple Domain Mapping renwal for €13.00, Clicking on yes imply a 99€ upgrade.
  How can have a simple renwal ?

  Domain mapping is no longer available as its own upgrade. To continue with domain mapping you’ll need to upgrade your plan to WordPress.com Personal. To see the other features of the plan check out wordpress.com/pricing/

  After you add the plan, head over to My Sites > Domains > Map it! to set up the mapping.
