Domain mapping renewal

I own the ‘nzeducationnet.wordpress.com’ and being mapped with the domain name ‘nzeducation.net’ before.. While I did not renew this service in time and it’s expired. Can I renew this at $13/yr as usual. I don’t want to apply for any other expensive pack $99 anymore. Please advise, thank you.

The answer is no because you allowed the domain to expire.
Stand alone upgrades were discontinued over a year ago. Now we need to register a plan and the price has changed.
You have to select a plan and the lowest cost one is the Personal plan. http://wordpress.com/pricing/ If you enter the domain URL first Premium will automatically be selected.When a domain expires, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.
If you are in the grace period you will not have to agree to pay a redemption fee set by the domain name registrar that wordpress.COM staff cannot waive.
Otherwise, if you want Staff to try to recover the domain for you then you will have to agree to pay the redemption fee.
If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

As @timethief already said, single upgrades like domain mapping have been discontinued. To map your domain here you need to purchase a plan. The most affordable plan at the moment is the Personal plan at $48 per year. This plan apart from the domain mapping includes 6GB of storage space, removes ads, and offers access to live chat & email support.

After the upgrade, go the Add domain page to map your domain:
