Until then, note that WordPress.com doesn’t offer invoices, only receipts of purchase. You can access your account purchases and billing history, including printable receipts, at:

Hi there,
We do not issue invoices in lieu of payment, only a receipt once you have paid which can be found at this link:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
To purchase a new Premium Plan, you can go to My Site ->Plans, and then you can add a new domain mapping upgrade afterwards from My Site ->Domains to reconnect your domain to your site.
