I’d like to renew domain mapping but the “renew now” button is not there. I am not the person that purchased domain mapping. He no longer manages this site. Please let me know how to proceed. thanks!

I am an admin on this site. What can I do to renew domain mapping with new payment information?

When I click “edit domain” it takes me to a greyed out page that just keeps loading and never resolved. I’ve tried this in two different browsers with the same result. Please help.

It looks like the domains are under a different WordPress.com user account. You will need to ask that user to either renew the domain mapping or post here requesting us to transfer the upgrades to your account.
