Domain mapping renewal – if originally purchased by an ex employee

  I am trying to renew a domain mapping, but it was originally purchased by an ex employee and though I am logged in as an administrator I can’t seam to renew and it is running out on the 12th July. Please can you advise what we need to do to renew this domain?

  Two basic options

  1) have the ex-employee transfer the upgrade to you so you can renew it – that probably takes staff help

  2) wait for it to expire then buy the upgrade with your account.

  I will flag this for staff attention to give you more information

  Basically, the two options that auxclass posted are the only two options in this case.

  The mapping record is the property of the user who purchased it, so either they will need to renew it or transfer it to you, or you can re-purchase it after it expires.
