Domain Mapping Renewal not working

  I had a domain mapping subscription expire a couple years ago. On March 12, 2016 I paid to renew it but the mapping would not work. Today, my page was still not showing telling me my mapping had expired. I then removed mapping and tried to map again, but it wants to charge me another $13. How do I apply the $13 I already paid on the 12th to a new mapping of veritasum.com to veritasum.wordpress.com ?
