Domain Mapping Renewal – paid upgrade

    I would be grateful for your help.
    I own my domain name. My Domain Mapping expired last week.
    I have tried to update by logging-in and going to ‘Manage Purchases’ – but the option to renew is not shown.
    The only possibility shown is to upgrade to a Premium account and pay €99 which I don’t want to do. The renewal cost for Domain Mapping is €13 which I am happy to pay (btw it was offered to me by email from WordPress but unfortunately I was away and missed the deadline).
    Would appreciate any advice

    Hi There,
    Accounts created after 2016 are only able to add a domain as part of a plan unless you renew the domain mapping before expiry. Once it expires you would have to purchase a plan.

    You can however, map your domain using the Personal plan as well. Go to My Site ->Plans and select the Personal Plan there. Then you can add the mapping as part of that plan.
