I’ve deleted all mapping / site redirects for my website, but WordPress.com servers are still intercepting traffic to my domain unexpectedly.

  • Hello, @leonj031208! I’d be happy to help you with this.

I checked your account and saw that you’ve already deleted your WordPress.com site and removed the domain connection. In this case, I recommend making sure your domain’s DNS records are updated correctly so they no longer point to WordPress.com.

To rule out any caching issues, it’s also a good idea to clear your browser’s cache. You can follow this guide for help with that:

    https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/

If you recently updated your domain’s DNS records, please keep in mind that DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to fully update across the internet.

Feel free to give these steps a try, and if you need more help, just email us at help@wordpress.com. We’ll be happy to continue helping you from there.
