domain mapping subscription

    Hi, I received a note about the domain mapping subscription for ultramadness.co.uk. I no longer require this and do not want it to renew but unclear how I can ensure this doesn’t happen nor am I charged.

    Hi there!

    That upgrade is under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise.

    You would need to log out of @holohana and into the correct account to manage and cancel that upgrade. If you don’t remember the username you used for this, you can log in using the email address the notice was sent to by resetting that account password using this form:
