    You sent me an email saying I will be charged $13 for domain mapping. I do not want this anymore. I only want your free version, even though I’m unlikely to use it anyways. Yet, when I login to my account and try to cancel domain mapping, your website hangs and does not let me turn off ‘auto-renew’ as well. PLEASE EXPLAIN. DO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD ANYTHING OR I WILL ISSUE A CHARGEBACK.

    Hi there!

    The reason you were not able to disable the auto-renew is that the domain mapping was purchased from a different account than the one you’re reaching us from. You will want to log out and log in as dreamleague.

    In any case, I have disabled the auto-renewal for that subscription so you shouldn’t be charged anymore. Once you have logged into the correct account, you will be able to cancel it completely.

    I can also help with that but I would need you to reply here from that account to confirm.
