Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found

  When the public attempt to access the Wandsdowrth Living Streets website the error mesage below appears. Although our domain name has been registered through 123-reg and is valid until 2019 I am assuming that we also need to renew through WordPress as well. Please advise what I need to do as I cannot find a topic called Domains Upgrade. Kind regards Susan

  Hi,
  Domain mapping is available for any sites that have a paid plan at WordPress.com.

  If you log in with the username that originally paid for the upgrade, you should be able to go to Manage Purchases to renew your plan or domain mapping upgrade.
