Domain mapping upgrade issue
-
Hello, When I checked my website just now, instead of bringing me to the usual page, it said, ‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’ When I logged into my wordpress account, it said on the top ‘Warning: One or more transactions linked to this site were refunded due to a contested charge. This may have happened because of a chargeback by the credit card holder or a PayPal investigation. Each contested charge carries a fine. To resolve the issue and re-enable posting, please pay for the chargeback fine.’ Now it doesn’t even let me look at my own theme, and my wordpress premium functions are gone. What happened?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You filed a dispute with either PayPal or your bank, so we have issued you a charge back fee.
Can you please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel the dispute. If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee and issue you a refund which would take 7-10 business days. However, if the chargeback has already been completed, i.e. your bank is refunding you, then you will need to pay the fee to unlock your site and disputes can take a long time, so you could possible not receive your refund for up to 75 days. Please let me know if you’re able to cancel the dispute with your bank.
Your stats and your content are all safe. But because chargebacks are a very serious matter we lock any site with a pending chargeback until the matter is resolved. You can find more information here:
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Hello, the dispute has been cancelled, so may I please have the website access resumed? Thank you. Also just to inform you, a replacement American Express card was issued so the old card is no longer be valid for next year. Thanks.

Hi inqhk,
Thanks for cancelling the dispute. It sounds like you wish to continue using your custom domain (inqhk.com) and Premium plan, is that correct?
Just let me know and we can look at the next steps.

Thank you. It’s still showing as an active dispute on our end, but we’ll have you work with our billing team to get this sorted out. I’ll be sending an email shortly, then transferring it over to billing support. Cheers :)

Thank you, my premium domain is working now. But there is one issue. The website doesn’t look the same as it used to before, and the theme is no longer the same. How do I restore the theme that I used, and how do I also restore all the css code edits that were made?
-
When you filed the dispute all upgrades were removed from your site, including the Premium Theme you were using as part of your plan. Our billing team restored the plan when they resolved the issue for you via email, but that does not automatically switch the theme back to the default free one it was switched to when the plan was removed.
The theme you used to have is this one:
https://wordpress.com/theme/aquene
Please reactivate that theme. Once you do that the CSS code you used to have should be restored, or else you should be able to restore it from CSS revisions in the Customizer.
