domain mapping upgrade not found
-
Dear community,
while trying to go to my wordpress website (christopherresch.com) I keep getting this, although both domain registration and domain mapping have been paid 6 days ago:
‘Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’
Any suggestions what I can do?
Thanks!

Hi Christopher,
It appears that something went wrong with the renewal, causing your domain upgrade to be removed from your account. I’ve reported the error to our developers so they can make sure something like this doesn’t happen again.
I’ve restored the upgrade to your account and your domain is working again. Please let me know if you need any more help with this.

Hey,
first of all thank you. However I now get the message that the domain is running out on the 25th of November.2 weeks back I got this message for the first time although I usually have an automatic renewal; I renewed manually, but something doesn’t seem to work.
Thanks for your help,

Hmm. It looks like our system set the dates back to 2016 after I restored your domain yesterday. I’ve set it back to 2017, so you should see the correct expiration date now if you visit the Purchases page.
The domain registration itself should renew with our registrar on Friday. I’ve set a follow up to check on your domain again on Saturday to make sure this happens. I’ll let you know here once I’ve checked on that.
Please don’t try to renew or pay for the domain again.

It looks like your domain did not renew as it was supposed to, so I’ve just renewed it manually, and it’s now showing an expiration date of 25 November 2017.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
