Domain mapping upgrade not found
-
Hi
When I try to view my website – corkinterpreter.com – I get this message: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrade page of your blog to use this domain.
I have logged in but I don’t see anything out of the ordinary.
Some help would be great, thanks!

Hi again
I looked up the forum – on at least one place it says to consult yourselves if it’s over 30 days. Haven’t heard from you in about 48 hours, so just wondering what I should be doing?
Thanks!

This seems to have become over complicated due to a misspelling. Can you give more details of what you are trying to do. Did you want to replace the working site with the misspelled domain with the correct domain? Are you unable to log in to the site that needs the domain mapping upgrade? I have added a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could reply to you.
PS: Can I point out that the domain with the correct spelling corkinterpreter.com is Registered with TuCows and if you haven’t renewed it then that needs sorting asap as the domain will expire in 5 days time. -
Thanks MagicRobot –
What is a modlook tag actually? And how is one added to a post?
In relation to the website, yes, I’d like the right spelling to work again.
When you say that I need to renew it before it expires, who do I need to renew it with?
Thanks!

Staff check the tag box top right. However it is the weekend and many staff are away at a WordPress.com conference so there may be a delay before you receive a reply.

The domain with the correct spelling wasn’t registered/purchased here at WordPress.com. It was only mapped here (and as you know the mapping has expired). You need to log in to your TuCows account to pay them to renew that domain as well as pay WordPress.com for domain mapping.

ok, thanks! :)
(I have registered the domain with a different company – it has been with them for a several years, so I think that’s ok. It’s not TuCows, but it is the right spelling!).

got an email about it now again – It’s TuCows with another name here apparently!
Thanks!
