Domain mapping – what plan do I need

  I want to map my existing domain – can I do this under the blogger paid package?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. That would just get you a brand new .blog domain. The Personal plan or higher would be required to map a domain you already own to a WordPress.com site.

  Themagicrobot has given you correct information. You will need at a minimum, the Personal plan to map your domain.
