Domain Mismatch

    Hello,
    we have bought a domain called ‘keshetisraele.org’, but for a reason we do not understand, the system is allowing us to make modifications on a web-site called ‘keshetisraele.wordpress.com’.

    Why do we have two different web-sites?
    How can we merge the two?
    Is it possible to activate a redirect with masking from ‘keshetisraele.wordpress.com’ to ‘keshetisraele.org’.

    Hi @mbegnini68, you’re an administrator on that site. You have added a custom domain to it. So it isn’t two different sites, but two domains point to the same site.

    You also have another site on our servers with a different .wordpress.com address.

    Is it possible to activate a redirect with masking from ‘keshetisraele.wordpress.com’ to ‘keshetisraele.org’.

    What you have is the best way to go actually. A redirect with masking can cause you problems with SEO, but what you have is actual domain mapping, and it works well. Please let us know if you have more questions.
