  Hello ,
  Which is the domain you registered ? Can you provide the url for the domain ? Have you registered it with WordPress.com or you have just mapped it with WordPress. Provide us the details and we can assist you further.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of toopfamily.org? That domain expired in January when you did not pay to renew it.

  That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the recovery process started.

  Domain redemption is a manual process, so it’s not done through the normal checkout process, no. I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive payment I’ll email our registrar to restore the domain, and from there it should be active again in a day or two.

  Should the recovery fail, your payment will be refunded in full.
