Domain Missing After Jetpack Installed

  I was restoring my website ypofatl.org to a previous version with Jetpack and my domain disappeared from my Domain List on https://wordpress.com/domains/manage. When I uninstall Jetpack I lose both the site and the domain. Is there a way to restore the domain as it was hosted on WordPress?
