Domain mistakenly flagged as "Taken"?

    When I tried to buy a Domain Name, wordpress said the domain name “rainbowsexyfish.com” already existed. I have entered the url into both my browsers and it is not found. Searching for it shows that it has never been registered before: http://whois.domaintools.com/rainbowsexyfish.com
    A google search for the url points only to my own web presence on various sites.

    What steps can I take to rectify this situation? It is very important that I have this domain.
