Domain move

  Hi, I currently have a blog at wordpress.com and I own the domain to it. I am trying to transfer my domain over to bluehost. However whenever I try to enable that view my dashboard, it says it needs to send ICANN verification email. I have received one of these with a link to a site, but I cannot locate my details and the email address I probably used to register is no longer active.

  If no longer have access to the email address, you can update the contact information for your domain from your WordPress.com account. There are some instructions here

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/update-contact-information/

  That will be the address the verification email is sent to.

  The link you sent me actually shows this

  Email or name changes

  Under ICANN policy we have to treat any change in the following items as a change in domain ownership:

  Email address
  Organisation name
  First name
  Last name
  That means these changes need to be confirmed via email before they can take effect. Changing these details will also cause a 60-day transfer lock to be applied to the domain, unless you specifically opt out during the process. During this time you will not be able to transfer your domain to another registrar, but the domain itself with continue to work as usual.

  Depending on when you registered your domain, and the type of domain you registered, this process will happen in one of two ways:
