  Hello,

  I bought mindfulnessman.com with you at wordpress.com but it says it is registered with wild west domains.
  Basically I need the epp code so that I can move it to .org but have no idea who wild west domains are.
  Can you please help me to get the epp code?

  Hi there,

  You are registered through us via WWD. To obtain your authorization code you will need to go to your Store -> Domains page and follow the prompts you find there:

  1. Look for Domain Administration and change the dropdown menu to “Transfer to Another Registrar”
  2. It will state that you may not transfer a domain name for 60 days after its purchase. Click the button “Next Step”
  3. Enter a new password, putting it into both blanks (this is a new one you’re making up, so make sure to write it down)
  4. Write down your Customer Number which is displayed just below
  5. Click the “Save Password” button
  6. Click the link for “Manage Your Domains”
  7. Log in with your customer number and password that you wrote down in steps 3 & 4 above
  8. You will be prompted to create a PIN number
  9. You should now be logged in and see a list of your domains. Select your domain.
  10. Now, you will need to unlock your domain. Right under Domain Settings you will see ‘Lock’. Click on Manage right underneath ‘On’. Check ‘Off’ and click Save.
  11. Toward the bottom of the page you will see ‘Authorization Code’. Please click ‘Email my code’.
