domain name

  Hello,

  In October 2015 we were told to pay $18 in order to keep our domain name and we paid. Yet, this morning, our website no longer exists as http://www.cwuagency.com and instead is cwuagency.wordpress.com. I’d like to understand how this can be fixed, as when I checked to add a domain, it is now claiming that our .com domain is taken. As I was under the impression that our payment was to secure the domain for another year, I don’t understand why this happened. I’m especially confused since we never received warning that this was going to happen, it just did.

  Although you own centralagency.wordpress.com, cwuagency.com is under a different account. In order to confirm ownership, can you post in this thread from the account associated with the upgrade? Or if you do not own that account, can you have the account owner post in the thread? Once ownership is confirmed, I’ll be able to restore the domain.
