Domain name

    I just recently canceled my domain mapping through wordpress and am trying to get a domain name through bluehost but it is saying that my account is still active and they can not sign up my domain name until it is no longer active. Why is it still active?

    The mapping subscription for janelleingram.com has been deactivated on your WordPress.com account. I’m checking the whois records and it looks that it is registered by you through Bluehost.
