  I just tried to register my domain name as xyz.com.
  It was automatically assigned as xyz.wordpress.com.
  Why can I not have what I registered, or is there a way to get xyz.com without the ‘wordpress’ integrated?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there,

  dramatizedracing.wordpress.com is the original WordPress.com domain needed for every WordPress.com site.

  If you require a custom domain, this can registered via Upgrades > Domains > Add new.

  Please note that the site would need a paid plan in order to set a custom domain.
