  I am looking to keep my group’s domain name ‘nbctnation.org’ and one of our group received the email to renew for $26.00. I did not. I can not seem to find that option, only to upgrade for $99. Can you help? Thank you!

  Hi –
  You can only renew an upgrade when logged into the account that originally made the purchase. You will renew from the Manage Purchases page. https://wordpress.com/purchases

  I need further help, thank you. Our group member that originally made the purchase is out of the country visiting his daughter and I am unable to reach him. He is not due back until after this is “due”. Is there any way I can make the renewal purchase? Thank you.

  Unfortunately not until the end of the month which is after it is due.
  Can the deadline be extended or can I pay?
