  We are trying to cancel our account and our domain name. Please tell me how to get a full refund. I only see a partial refund in my subscriptions page. I cancelled my domain within an hour of registering it – when will it be available elsewhere? Why can’t I get a full refund?

  You can request a refund via your Manage Purchases page.

  Once you request a refund on an upgrade, it will take 7+ days for it to be posted into your account.

  Please explain what you mean by ‘a partial refund’?

  Cancelling your domain is not the same as requesting a refund. You will still need to request the refund via Manage Purchases.

  What is the exact domain that you cancelled?
