  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore rainesarts.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

  I got the manual payment request form link on my email, but when I click on the link the page can’t be found.

  I don’t believe I have sent one your way yet. I usually do not until I hear back from our registrar on whether we can get your domain back. They still have not replied, so I will update you once they do and send the manual payment your way.

  Steve K. – Happiness Engineer from WordPress.com | https://en.support.wordpress.com/start/ contacted the registrar and sent me the payment request from Automattic Inc. I got to the manual payment request form page and paid. He said in the email he’ll let me know when the domain name is returned. Thanks for the help and support!
