  I have previously owned http://www.fromtheheartfineart.com. I purchased it through WordPress in April 2019. I have had an issue with a web designer who I gave permission to alter the site. Now, I am having difficulty connecting my new Showit website to the web address. Can you please assist?

  It looks like you transferred your website and domainfromtheheartfineart.com from WordPress.com to Siteground back in July 2020. You’ll need to reach out to Siteground support for help in setting up your domain to work with your new website.
