  Hello – I’ve had my WordPress content pointing to http://www.mattleedham.com for years, but something seems to be wrong. mattleedham.com is no longer working and my WordPress site is saying that my free URL is mattleedhamcom.wordpress.com. Has something changed or what can I do to fix this?

  The domain was connected to https://mattleedhamcom.wordpress.com/ but the site’s Premium Plan expired on October 21 when it wasn’t renewed.

  A paid plan, any paid plan, is required to connect a custom domain, you can purchase a new plan from https://wordpress.com/plans at any time.
