    What is the domain name you want to renew?
    What is the underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain URL?
    Which wordpress.com username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com sub-domain URL and purchased the upgrade you want to renew for it?

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew upgrades, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and to disable auto-renew.

    Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade go to > Store > My Upgrades
